Please fill out this form to apply for your 2027 State Pageant. After this form is recieved, we will email you your Official Contestant Handbook with all necessary information and required submissions to complete your registration.
FEES:
State pageant fees are $395 for Junior High, High School, and Collegiate divisions, and $195 for Elementary contestants. This fee covers your official contestant title, pageant weekend participation, and select contestant gifts and activities.
